A little frustrating not getting updates in a timely manner. My Ford dealer would never treat me like that. I expected more from Honda. Disappointed in the overall first experience here makes me not want to return for my cars service. Sad face. ????

After returning home with my vehicle, I realized the locking issue in the rear passenger door was still not working. The outer handle also appears loose. It all feels/seems more broken than when I brought it in. I will be returning with my vehicle tomorrow morning, first thing.
