had a really great experience today and wanted to share how much I appreciated the service I received. Adrian was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. It genuinely felt like he cared about providing a positive experience. Because of how well everything was handled, I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. I would also feel confident recommending this place to others looking for great service. Overall, it left a really strong impression on me.

Thank you Freeway Honda!! Thank you so much Jamie Allen for being so kind and going out of your way to changed my blown up tire and sensor today! I purchased my new Prologue from a different Honda dealership and after 130 miles my tire blow up. They did not wanna help. I took my car to Freeway Honda and it was changed free of charge! You guys are the best!! Thank you!!

Oscar is really nice and helpful; and he immediately accommodated me earlier (shows a respect of my time). Him saying that he remembered me from last time also made my morning better. I’m not good at remembering people’s faces since I can barely see without my glasses on, so I really appreciate that he said that. This means that he’s paying attention to customers (people).

I dropped my car off at 9:45 in the morning and they said it should be about an hour and a half and three hours later I had to call to check in and I was told my car had been ready. So why would no one call and tell me so I could’ve got my car so much sooner and this is not the first time this has happened. You guys have done this three times to me.

Theresa was the worst representation of a service writer I have experienced in my almost 4 years with Freeway. Mr Waddington my trusted service advisor is on vacation. After speaking with Matt about buying new tires, the 30k mile service appointment last week I was advised to bring the Honda into Freeway and use my coupon. When I came in Theresa ran out without introducing herself and started writing my request for an oil change. I asked her for Matt she pretended to help me. I told her i was obligated to get home by 1:00. She agreed. However, she was unable to locate 2 free oil change coupons I thought were in the computer snatched my Vehicle Service Contract out of my hand and headed for the Finance Mgr. I told her to STOP because I could pay now and use my coupons later! She refused to listen…. (my time wasted) without any understanding of the contract, came back flustered unsuccessfully wasting my precious time. With all that she texted me while I waited in the lounge about tires and that was another unpleasant delay. I was finished with her inability to serve as my service writer I physically went back to her desk where she stood confused hiding my Freeway service specials mailer under her paperwork because initially she has overcharged my $29.00!!! After the cashier’s explanation of why I had to wait in the lounge again I went back to Theresa’s desk requested she release my vehicle to the cashier. Theresa knew I was waiting because I continually returned to her desk waiting for her while she continued to delay me. The timeline and circumstance are documented and irrefutable. 1. Re-writing the service order by me requesting she use the $84.95 coupon I brought to her. 3. Ignorantly delayed over tired I said I was going to buy LATER!!! 3. Not sending the release to the cashier’s because she forgot…. No tires today!!! 4. The gasify to believe she was “only trying to help me.” 4. Not helping me respecting my time. 5. Round trip from Freeway home for my 1:00pm obligation then waiting for the completed service almost an additional hour because Theresa is incapable of understanding and executing her job title. No excuse can justify this incompetent dishonest person YOU hired to represent Freeway by providing service. I am anticipating an apology in the immediate future.
