Erick was magnificent, no matter what the obstacles I threw at him he found a way around it to help me out in a way that would work for me. From answering questions & communicating to payment, to picking up my car after their department was already closed He found a way to make everything work for me so I wouldn't have to struggle. Next time I go ima ask for him to help me out.

It took a long time to pull up my vehicle after service completed and paid for. I had to go inside to remind them again that they forgot to pull up my vehicle. Everyone else received their vehicle except for me even though I paid for the service before them.
