Micheal Maranda was very professional and explained everything. I took my car in for a recall and I told him my drivers window squeaks when I put it down and the rubber on the window was loose and they fixed everything. It didn’t take a long time I was really happy with the service. I love coming here to freeway Honda they always take care of my car and love that I don’t have to wait for weeks to get an app to take my car in.
It was clearly a very busy day for the service department, but they were fully staffed and it went very smoothly

I needed to take care of a recall issued on my civic and Oscar was able to let me bring my car in a few hours after I called in. When I asked another representative a day before, she said I couldn’t make an appt til next week and it’ll take 3-4 hours. It actually took an hour for them to complete. And Oscar always gives me shuttle/Uber services so that I can go home while they work on my car.
Michael was welcoming and efficient. Everything i needed was done quickly, and because of your courtesy shuttle, i was able to juggle the auto service and my job.
I feel so happy to know this person Michael Miranda , he is so good explained everything to me and I love to be there for my Car Maitenance. And Brian magaña did the best for my CRV thanks Michael Miranda and Brian Magaña for your hard Work .

Since service. Car leaking oil. Never leaked before service. Car alignment is off.car pulls to the right when driving. Didn't do that prior to service.
