Only received my MPI after I was told my car was ready; so I didn’t have time to ask for the new brake pads and fluid. I never got the new batteries in my fob, car battery had to be jumped to be brought back to me, service alert and oil life were still alerting when I got my car back.

They just keep us waiting too long after taking in the car. This has happened twice. But, always the customer service reps are friendly and professional. Michael was wonderful today. And my waiting time for service was shorter than expected. We will continue bringing my car here. We
