The overall experience was great. Michael was friendly and had a very clear understanding of what I was there for. Wasted no time and got me taken care of with ease. My car is lower than the usual Honda civic but they acknowledged it and took the necessary precautions. Service was estimated 2 hours and was less than 1. 10/10 experience
