Everything Matt did for me was excellent. What i find troubling is your dealership does not wash the vehicles when service is complete. Just bring it back.

So far all seems well. I should have asked to see old parts( brake pads) that were taken off. I was kept informed of work needed to be done after inspection. Cost is high/ yet I know good work will be done on my Honda! Thank you.

Freeway Honda provided easy & convenient service. I really appreciated the complimentary drop-off and pick-up shuttle service also. Of course timing is at the hands of the dealership.
