The person that helped me out, Teresa, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very tired that day and she made it easy for me. The turn around for the service was fast. I was expecting a long wait for it only took half of the estimated time.

Took way too long to service my car both times I've been there. As soon as I left yesterday, I see a low tire pressure warning. The first time I visited, I got no update and had to follow up to get an update and to get my multi point inspection, to decide what I want to agree to or not. As soon as I call, I get sent the report. Very frustrating. Yesterday too I got an update that my car is being worked but then nothing. I had to call to ask whether it was done or not and guess what, it was ready. Very disappointed. Expected better
