Would be nice if you would wash the car. Oscar was great. You were short on drivers so you had an Uber take me home and pick me up to bring me back. That was wonderful, thank you.

Hector and the tech did a great job…the shuttle service is a problem. I’ve only used freeway honda 2 times - both times the shuttle service failed to pick me up. Though I called multiple times to make sure it wouldn’t happen again today, it did. There seems to be no one who really knows what’s happening in order to communicate with customers in a timely manner why there’s a problem and how and when it will be fixed. I’m not a fan of being the one who has to keep calling for info and finally being told so late that most of the staff has gone home, that there’s no one to talk with me about the service and I'm going to have to use uber. Fortunately today family members came by unexpectedly and they drove me over to get my car. Hector did stay and wait for me to get there so we could discuss what was done today.
