Took way too long to service my car both times I've been there. As soon as I left yesterday, I see a low tire pressure warning. The first time I visited, I got no update and had to follow up to get an update and to get my multi point inspection, to decide what I want to agree to or not. As soon as I call, I get sent the report. Very frustrating. Yesterday too I got an update that my car is being worked but then nothing. I had to call to ask whether it was done or not and guess what, it was ready. Very disappointed. Expected better

I noticed a few things on my car report that I had questions on and I text the service advisor, but she never texted me back in terms of how to resolve those issues. Outside of that everything else was as expected.
She did great. She had great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. She told us about the shuttle service you guys have . Which I used , awesome and convenient. Keep up the great customer service
