Took way too long to service my car both times I've been there. As soon as I left yesterday, I see a low tire pressure warning. The first time I visited, I got no update and had to follow up to get an update and to get my multi point inspection, to decide what I want to agree to or not. As soon as I call, I get sent the report. Very frustrating. Yesterday too I got an update that my car is being worked but then nothing. I had to call to ask whether it was done or not and guess what, it was ready. Very disappointed. Expected better

From the very first call from me to Freeway Honda to picking up our vehicle, it was a hugely positive experience. Oscar was just spot on with communication and helpfulness. We got a loaner to continue our trip south with much ease. We were so grateful that it was repaired so quickly and so well. Thank you!

Always get well taken care of. I always arrive early Saturday and the crew gets my priority # on top of my car and at 7 sharp the crew is out to greet customers. Very consistent. Similarly, Saib quickly gets me set up. Explains the service. Asks if I need a ride or prefer to hang around, and keeps me Posted along the way. Today fortunately I was good with a major service and nothing else so I didn’t have a long wait and was out early. Happy with everything. Well done.

I noticed a few things on my car report that I had questions on and I text the service advisor, but she never texted me back in terms of how to resolve those issues. Outside of that everything else was as expected.

She did great. She had great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. She told us about the shuttle service you guys have . Which I used , awesome and convenient. Keep up the great customer service
