Four hours for an oil change with appointment
Karina is very helpful n took care all of our concerns as she know we are going on a long road n addresses all our needs. She is a super star wen it comes to service. Juz live the Toyota crew n service crews.

Had an appointment at 9:15am. Took my 2025 4runner for maintenance and to check squeaky breaks again. Brake parts have already been replaced 2 months. I got a text from advisor that vehicle was ready at 4:45pm , got there at around 5:10pm. Advisor had already left when I picked up my vehicle. Only received repair notes but nothing was explained about my brakes except for a note that states that a case was opened and is under investigation. No follow up guidance or further information on the next steps given. Not very gold star service.

My appointment was at 10:30 am. I showed up at 10:22. Waited over 20 minutes . Q did not help me. I had to ask for assistance. If it wasn’t for service advisor Karina Villatore, I would have not visited the dealership for any service again. My previous experience wasn’t good either. But thanks to Karina professionalism and kind approach, she made everything right. Please acknowledge her. Thanks to her I will be back.
I took my car in to for an oil change in Saturday May 9th. A few days later I realized that my wheel lock key is missing along with my original dealers manual black case holder.

I bought my truck at Norm Reeves November 2015. I have had all the service performed on my truck at Norm Reeves (minus tires). I like going to a service shop that I know and trust. My truck was towed to NR after hours (shortly after the maintenance shop had closed) and Q greeted me and assured that my truck would be seen the following day.
