Trouble getting someone to advise when work completed. My service Rep had the afternoon off and said someone else would contact me, but no one did. I had a bit of hassle to get to a human to get answer, as leaving a message to call got me nowhere.
It was a short test tuneup I ever had & glad it’s done.
I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and had already made an appointment. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early. Still it took almost 4 hours for them to finish the simple maintenance work.
Professional, kind and attentive employees. Happy with the service and it was free, so really can’t complain! Thank you!

Norm Reeves Toyota San Diego came thru for me big time! I was working in San Diego from out of town when my brake light assemblies began malfunctioning. The parts dept was quick to understand exactly what parts I needed, ordered them asap and they came in early! Then the service dept was able to move my install appt up 2 full days so my car was functioning properly and legally! My representative was Jessica H. and she was a delight to work with. And the parts were on sale for almost half the price I received from an LA dealer! I’m very very satisfied with my experience at Notme Reeves Toyota San Diego!

Although I wasn’t told why my car was giving an output power reduced code it was resolved and everything seems to be running fine. Q was friendly. If I lived in San Diego I would have my car serviced there
It took 40 minutes to check in for my scheduled appointment. I was informed after my service( a/c refresh) that my a/c wasn’t performing well due to a wire being loose/disconnected . This must have happened at my regular maintenance appointment approximately 2 weeks before this appointment because my a/c wasn’t performing fine before the appointment and not performing after the appointment. If I had known the problem with my a/c was a wire issue, I would not have felt the need to schedule the a/c refresh maintenance.
I am satisfied with the service I received from the moment I got to the service department. Everything went well and smooth. Happy that I choose this location
