When I came in, I was advised the blue light on my dash was “really bad.” I left it for the day so it can be worked on. And when I picked it up, I was advised by another lady that it was not worked on and no light showed so they couldn’t work on something that was not showing but before I dropped it off, I showed the blue light on my dashboard, and it was showing the same thing when I picked it up. I asked if I can leave my car so they can work on it but they informed me shuttles were gone and I could only get dropped off if it’s 10 miles. Am so frustrated especially I was so welcomed when I bought my car and now I’m getting a terrible experience.

I had a very disappointing first experience with this Toyota dealership. I had to come back three separate times because of a mistake made during my first visit, and it was frustrating to keep losing time over an issue that should have been handled correctly the first time. My service advisor was kind and did his best, but the original technician broke my tire sensor, then on the second visit they still didn’t identify the real problem and told me to just drive farther. On the third visit, they finally found that the sensor had been installed incorrectly, broken off, and was actually flying around inside my tire.
I also asked ahead of time for a loaner car to be ready when I dropped my vehicle off in the afternoon and to have my car ready for pickup the next morning at 7 AM, so I could avoid wasting more time. Instead, I was picked up by an Enterprise employee who had to make another stop, and the car smelled strongly of smoke. Then I had to wait in line at Enterprise to get a replacement that smelled heavily of body odor. Overall, the experience was disorganized, inconvenient, and did not meet my expectations at all.

Attentive and professional
Denise recommended services that are not required. She tricked me to agree initially because she said the service is recommended based on mileage, not actual conditions. When I discover after later research this cleaning service is not needed until the mileage reaches 75k - 100k, I called in to cancel, she told me the service has been performed. My mileage is 35k. In addition, Denise told me my cabin air filter was very dirty, I told her it was just replaced at your dealership several months ago. Obviously, I was charged for the service last time that was not even performed. Denise agreed to comp me for the air filter, but I still contest the “cleaning service” she put on this RO. I was over charged $199. Not happy at all. I thought you folks are honest. I trusted you.
