Was not able to accomplish goal
So I came in saying I had a issue to have them waste my time for about 4 hours to say no issues so I say come with me and I will show you. Mind you this took less than 5 minutes and a new tech cause original apparently went to lunch... So I said prove to me this port works I had a co workers cord tech cord and a few of mine... Boom tech says yeah a dead port... So Four hours that took literally about five minutes... I am a valued customer with multiple Toyotas and felt used... Deep inside I want to return my new truck and get all my money back due to the fact I can't trust the techs with there finding seeing how it took me less than five minutes to solve it... You know originally I was I suppose to get TRD 4x4 but seller sold day before I received my down payment so I got a v4 Tacoma then traded 6 months later to this V6 and lost money... Now have a dead port and loose parking assist cord and a bussing noise when I hit 1100 rpms... But hey more problems more money right... Lol anyways I still love Toyota just disappointed in the techs a little to falsy state nothing is wrong when I proved it and yet to hear from them on anything... And received no paper last visit btw just they will order part and no idea if rpm issue they looked into or if they fully plugged loose cord in all ports seeing parking assist was a apparently loose... I know these are small issues but I told them before I took truck off the lot to make sure it was taken care of if not I wouldn't have upgraded to have issues and pay more... So please look into it... Or at least tech the falsy claimed port was nothing wrong meaning USB port and originally parking assist or entire area of five ports plus rpm issue... Only if you had a TRD pro :(
Team was great, however the repair lasted 3 hours and I’ll need to send the car back in the am.
Today is the first time i saw my name was wrong on the paper receipt
Vehicle. Its wrong name , wrong phone number, wrong address on my vehicle. I did not trade my car.
However The name i saw maybe is new owner on my old car, it still in my Toyota Account. May need to review and remove my old car from my account.
