I'm disappointed with the communication regarding my recent service. I received a text telling me the vehicle was "not doing now" the issue that I brought it in for, offering an expensive fix to replace the ignition cylinder which we just replaced on my last service. Then I get the bill, 200 dollars to "diagnose" the issue which read "replace cylinder then go from there". I explained that the issue seemed to be something to do with the gear linkage not engaging properly in park,which is why the vehicle won't shut off properly. I'm unclear exactly what diagnostic process was involved other than telling me to replace the ignition cylinder which would not solve the gear shifting problem. Very dissatisfied with the communication and being charged for a vague diagnosis the didn't promise a solution. Please contact me regarding this issue.
