Quick service. Good communication.
I brought my car in for service because the battery had died. I asked Richard during drop off that I would like my oil looked at and see if I needed an oil change. I signed the signature box the showed no message and dropped off my car. Few hours later I got an update text. It was the battery waved due to the 2 year period of the purchase. It also asked if I wanted the cabin airfilter replaced and I waived the service. He let me know the oil need to be changed and the car was almost done. I got the text saying the vehicle was ready and upon signing the paper work I was charged for the oil change. No one let me know my 2 year service just expired 2 months ago and was not notified of the service fee for the oil change. Richard told me to my face that he did not need to notify me of the charge and I should have reviewed the “ signature box upon drop off “ to see the “ charges “. All I got was a box to sign at drop off. I got ripped off and am not going to return to a dealership for service.

Rosalina was busy when I came to pick up my keys (which is ok) the 2 other associates to the left of her station were not helpful and “stated they were too busy and wait for Rosalina.” (They said this in unfriendly, bad customer service tone). One gentleman did help me, but looked like he was very stressed. Maybe there should be a general checkout person or signs that indicate which table is free to help. usually everyone is friendly and helpful but today seemed like everyone was in a bad mood except Rosalina. When I was driving home I was thinking terrible service, but then forgot about it until I received this survey. Hope that helps!

Please have better customer service at pick up. No one ever provides customer service or cares to ask if help is needed at the service counters. CS reps just walk by and ignore customers.

Quite upset by the experience I had. Waited for extremely long time with no communication from service advisor. After over 6 hours was sent an automated text message regarding nearly 800 dollars of recommended repairs, again with no actual communication from advisor as to why, how serious the recommendations were, or how much longer that would make this repair episode take. At that point declined recommendations via text as did not have other info d/t lack of communication. My appointment was at 830, did not leave until almost 4pm (was initially told 3-4 hrs). When car was finally completed, recieved text. Service advisor ignored me while chatting with 2 others. Eventually another advisor saw the situation and signed my keys out to me.
I request that a note be put in my file that this service advisor is not assigned to me in the future. If this cannot be done, then please provide list of other service centers nearby
