Appointment at 7:15. They got to my car at 7:35. I did not get out of there till 10:00. For just an oil change that seems like it took a long time. I may not be back. What a racket you're submit button does not work. What a racket. I don't think you'll be seeing me ever again.

Today 3/24/2026 invoice # 1045428 service advisor Angelo. After 20k toyota care maintenance service completed, I sign papers and get keys to my Tacoma. It is parked but I see hood cracked open, so turn around to inform Angelo. Angelo accompanied me to Tacoma where we open hood and oil cap not placed. Oil cap sitting on top of radiator and near hood latch. Oil is splashed all over hood. Angelo took back to shop to have it reinspected. I was furious. What if I did not notice the hood being slightly opened and drove it home in that condition? The technician # 1777 Christopher. This is careless service. My customer # 671196.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience working with Denise Lopez. At no point were the repairs on my truck clearly explained to me, which left me feeling uninformed and frustrated. Communication throughout the process was poor, and overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
