The technician that helped me, was the friendliest I’ve never encountered. We routinely take our company cars to get serviced and the experiences have not been the quickest or friendliest. Most of the time when we are there for Car Service it feels like we are being tolerated. When we go pick up the car, it’s actually the worst because the representatives make it seems like we are interrupting them make us wait a while and aren’t proactive in assisting us. However, yesterday’s visit was completely the opposite, it was pleasant at drop of a pick up. The technician was excellent and reminded me that there are still quality people out there who genuinely enjoy what they do and make other peoples day.

The prices are outrageous. I was charged $300 for an oil change and basic inspection. Additionally, I received a scam-like text offering to buy my vehicle. Which was also quoted as having an equivalent balance of repairs needed. Seemed like a con act to me and I will not return.

Rosalinda was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She made a huge difference in my experience there. I have had bad experiences in the past at your dealership in general and with service providers so happy she is working there. I will definitely be returning to work with her in the future.

It was so very busy when I arrived at 9:20 for my 9:30 appointment. I finally (at 10am) got a great service tech who told me 2-2.5 hours. After 3hrs I contacted the tech and was told "some of our early appointments turned out to be bigger than we expected" so it will be another half hr or so. I finally got my serviced car at 2pm. Long wait for regular service. But I will come again because I am always satisfied with the work.

I made an appointment online as I have a regular service advisor, Rosalina Canez. I was able to make the appointment but when I arrived, I was told she wasn’t there yet and they set me up with another service representative. Richard to find out I have no complaints about that However, trying to coordinate getting picked up after my vehicle was done voicemail hell. There should be a central number you can call and rather than getting texted back and getting automated replies. I realize that the staff needs to take lunch both the driver and the service rider, but there should be a way to actually talk to someone. I called multiple numbers and kept getting circled around and around and around. Overall, I’ve been coming to that dealership since 1977. Purchased multiple cars. I just don’t like that part of system. You shouldn’t be able to make an appointment with your preferred service rep if they’re not available or they should transfer to that provider when they arrive.
