well, what I can say Karina is a role model as a service representative: shi is detailed oriented, knowledgeable, kind as a person and not pushy. I have been a Toyota client for almost 30 years (since Rose Toyota????) and I can say that Karina is the best I have been contacting.
On the other side, after an oil change I had to return to the dilership and comply about some oil drips/marks I noticed on my garage floor. After car inspection in the dealarship it was found that some old oil was splashed around during the oil change, but it has not be wiped out from the pan. I had a similar experience with my other carr a few years ago. This is no good! I do not know why Norm Reeves has the lowest rating on Yelp (3.5 of 5). Some small attention for details could make big differences.It requires some attention from the management.

Q helped make my experience with the service department go smoothly.
From the start it was a horrible experience. I used your website to reschedule my appointment, but the app never scheduled it. I got the confirmation text, but when I called in, your staff had to fit me in. And I wished they never did. I came 15 minutes early for an appointment. But ended up waiting over an hour in my car. This was not only due to the line, but your service member "checked" us in and then I proceeded to wait the majority of an hour for another service member to notice they never checked us in. Come four o'clock, I get a call from service, at this point I had arrived at 10:30 am, to be told my car wasn't worked on because even after two service members checked me I, no one wrote down my expected service. Come 4:50, I get to check out and my third service member does not apologize or offer to make any thing right. But they also were handed me at the last moment, so they could not have known. The only timely thing I got from you guys was a text to buy my car. Which I have told everyone I know to not even bother with your location if they even wanted to. Worst day of service humanly possible aside from a time I had my engine explode due to mechanics leaving tubes unfastened.

Karina was absolutely amazing and handled my situation well. I have a breathalyzer in my car and she did not make me feel uncomfortable about it or make any comments. She was able to move me through the line to the front to get my in and out. She also came and checked on me at the end, fast, simple and easy.
They forced me to put their own Toyota battery in it or I wouldn’t pass the safety recall and give me the certificate for it when I already had the correct battery in there
Did the job much faster than estimated. Notified me about tire issues.
When I arrived was told it would be 2 hours. It was 3.5 hours. It would have been nice if at 2 hours John would have told me it was going to take longer. I would have taken a shuttle. I had to keep checking every 30 minutes.
John was professional and nice but not great with estimated time to wait. I had my small dog with me and she was getting ansíe in waiting so long

JOHN is a great service advisor and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly also great communication skills I would highly recommend him
The check in agent attempted to sneak in extra services into my scheduled basic maintenance.I had to catch it and ask strictly for the maintenance and my alarm removal. I still got a higher priced maintenance than I originally signed up for without asking for it.
Karina was very helpful and kept me informed about my vehicle and the services provided today! Services provided by the maintenance staff were also superb. I'll be coming back to this dealer in the future.
I had an appointment and still had to wait almost 40 minutes before it even went in. I even came 15 early. Maybe it was one of those super busy days.
Took 25 minutes to get an advisor, had to ask multiple times, another advisor ended up helping me, it took them less than a minute to get the information into their tablet.
He’s nice and explained everything clearly to me what needed to be done to my car..
Great professional job, very satisfied with the service team members at that dealership location.
