Waiting over 3 hrs wasn’t cool especially when I was told 2 hrs. I had to pay a fee for a cancelled appointment because of it. Annoying
Rosalina was great, even getting me a ride to my event after I checked in. My concern is not at all with her and more with the wait time to drop off my vehicle. I arrived at 0910 for a 0915 appointment and didn’t even get to the service bay until 1015. Cars were just lined up going nowhere. Seems like more appointments were booked than the facility could handle. Thank for allowing me to provide feedback. Rosalina was very accommodating once we were able to interact.
Your sales or customer representative (john), didnt inform me of the cost of my maintenance when he first talked to me. He just handed me the tablet and told me to sign. I had believed that the maintenance was still covered as the scheduled appointment said it was $0 when I booked the appointment. If I knew the cost I would've never came and wasted 3 hours for sometime oil change, tire rotation, and air filter.
John was great. Attentive, understanding, and followed through. Wonderful experience

Left my car on a Saturday and got it back on Monday. While driving home I heard the radio cut in and out. Problem was not fixed. Such an inconvenience to have to take my car back in to hopefully get the issued fixed.

My car is new and under warranty. Why are you trying to charge me over $300 to fix streaking wipers? Shouldn’t that be covered under warranty? If the wipers on the car I bought brand new 6 months ago aren’t working properly, you should be fixing them for no additional charge, especially when I purchased warranty and the service packet.
Additionally, no one came to talk to me about this. I received a sketchy text asking me to authorize a payment over $300 with no follow up or further explanation. This is a poor way to do business, and I am deeply unsatisfied.
