I would have liked a service associate to talk with me in person when more work had to be done. Just getting an approval request text didn’t get questions answered.
Communication on what service I was receiving was really bad. I have a Toyota care plan, I believe the 30k mile service was done but I’m not sure because something I know is included here tried charging me to do. My questions weren’t clearly answer either.
