Why am I receiving my primary inspection report the day after I picked up my car? This has happened twice with different advisors.

Rosalind researched options for me when I was looking to replace my tires, and showed me some options including the discount deal running this month.
I was told my car was recommended a bunch of additional services. I respectfully denied the additional services. Then I asked if my vehicle was ready. It took 24 minutes for a response on whether my vehicle was ready. To which John, finally responded with yes. Then I showed up 15 minutes after he said the vehicle was ready. I then waited in your lobby for almost 30mins. I saw my vehicle pull up 15 mins after I showed up. I waited and additional 15 minutes before I finally went up to John and asked if it was ready. It makes zero sense to me how a simple service work order takes almost 45+minutes to finalize. AFTER telling the customer their vehicle is ready. I understand if it took a few minutes to get the paperwork ready after I showed up. But he had 15 mins in between when he told me it was ready and when I showed up. Then almost 30 mins of me waiting in the lobby.
The wait time was ridiculous. Also the service was incredibly slow. No "sorry that so long" of anything like that. I was told my service would take around 2-3 hours. Which for a quick oil change, fluid check, tire rotation, and undercarriage inspection is very reasonable. But my vehicle took almost 4.5 hours. I was very disappointed with the service here and I was planning on buying a new vehicle from this dealership. But this experience has made me weary of coming back.
