Promised a shuttle that never happened. Not the first time. I didn’t have anyone pick me up because I was promised a shuttle. Customer service always disappointing.

Probably the only thing that went wrong with Rosalina is that shorty after I checked the vehicle in with her, I received a text indicating that I would receive an update indicating when the vehicle would be ready. I never received any follow up text.

Communication on when my car was ready didn’t happened. I waited for over 5 hrs. I had to go back to the shop to see if it was ready. Up to today haven’t heard if the insurance plan covered the service.
