Deben de cambiar la programación para que los clientes tengan una variación de calidad en la espera de su vehículo.
Todo el tiempo es la misma programación de comida en la televisión.

The service representatives were very polite and efficient. But I waited almost two hours before I was informed that I would have to leave the car there or come back later to have the spark plugs changed. There was only one technician working. I had to have my husband come and pick me up and bring me back. My appointment was at 11:00am and it wasn’t finished until 5:30pm.
She was so helpful !! She went above and beyond to assist me and answer all my questions. Thank you !

I am happy with John Bautista. He is very helpful. However, I believe every single time you change a tire, you should also check the sensors. To have to return a week later because sensor light goes on and pay again for sensors to be assessed and pay again for labor to install new ones is ludicrous. It should all be part of the service to check both tires and sensors at time of visit. The exorbitant charge for four sensors to be replaced is THREE times what I paid elsewhere to get new ones and have them programmed. That is why I did not give you my business for this task.

Radio rebooted three times after warranty repair and has been doing this frequently when stated to service department all i get is that it can not be replicated also was supposed to get five first services from Toyota now told within two years or 25000 miles… not satisfied and car has less that 14000 thousand miles

I am very disappointed the way system works, the way service writer talked to the customer is not respectful. My appointment for oil change and 2 recalls took me from 8:15 am till 4 pm (She promise me about 3 hours will be done).
The service writer is unprofessional when talking to the customer like that, she should learn how to talk to the customer.
“You can write bad on surveys whatever you want!” That what she said to me.
I’m not satisfied, very disappointed and I won’t come back.
I had an appointment at 9:30 but it took 2 hours before I was told about the brakes and another service that I needed. Then I had to wait another 2.5 hours for service to be completed. Why can’t the diagnostics be completed sooner? Then Richard goes to lunch and I would have waited longer if I hadn’t noticed my car was finished. Then I have to find someone else to help me. Just so inefficient. Disappointing. Maybe I’ll try the Lemon Grove dealership next time.
