When I checked in they changed my advisor and I requested her to be my advisor and she did a very good job especially with the pick up she was available right when I got there.

Ms Rosalina Canez was very courteous and professional. She promptly assisted me upon arrival at Norm Reeves Toyota. Ms. Canez returned back my Toyota Prius Prime within the promised timeline. She brought to my attention a filter that had to be replaced. Ms. Canez also explained the condition of the car upon completion of the service. Keep up the great work!

My wife went in for the service today and gave her number after dropping off the car. The dealer called me while I was working and I didn’t answer therefore my wife waited nearly 5 hours while the car was done after 3.5 hours. Secondly she was recommended a rear brake replacement but we had the breaks replaced at a different Toyota dealership last year. It’s not clear to me if each Toyota dealership sees the servicing from other dealerships tied to our vehicle but I am doubtful that the rear break pads have worn down enough to require replacement after driving 12,000 miles… I believe the dealership purposefully tried to upsell her after having her wait an extra hour and a half because they didn’t use the phone number they took from her after she dropped off our car to tell her the service was complete… We are looking at going to a different dealership

While the service team and sales team were great (no complaints here), I’m quite disappointed in Toyota or maybe this branch. I was surprised that as a new customer of Toyota (having just purchased my first Toyota vehicle in February; I’m a former Nissan loyal buyer) this well-known company did not offer a complimentary car wash after my car was serviced. This really shocks and disappointments me! This is a typical service for Nissan or at least it was…can’t believe such a highly regarded company with the top rated vehicles can’t offer its customers this service…

I had called in advance to have team take a look at damage to passenger side ceiling material due to the headrest scraping it as a potential Toyota warranty repair. When my husband brought the car in, the representative said there was no time to look at it and submit photos to Toyota and we had to make another appointment. I’m disappointed this issue could Not be looked at as promised during my advance call.
