I'm satisfied with paint so far, but the rubber that tacked in along the side of the windshield glass moulding wasn't flush enough. I hope the water won't go through it.

Bad service . 3 hours to de code an engine check light indicated. Riley’s tool 15 minutes to give me the same result that Norman reeves toyota took . The service rep needs training customer service training . He has none . Check my car records at toyota and Delaware and Virginia and Arizona . Great toyota service in those states that looked after the same car that I took to Norman reeves toyota today . I will not be back and even entertain buying a car from this dealership.

The extra services I paid for are questionable. Not happy with the extra services that were needed.
I never had a rude service rep or bad customer service experience. I had a 345pm oil maintenance scheduled. I requested a tire rotation and informed Richard my check engine light has been on for two days. He informed me that it would be necessary to leave the car overnight since there are no diagnosis performed after 4pm. Before my ride, l informed him verbally that l decided to hold off for the diagnosis.
This morning returning, l was informed my coolant was on empty. And that he continued to lecture me that I’m gong to blow up my engine. Oh yes, he said there’s definitely something wrong with your car! It was embarrassing having to hear him sharing his ride tone with me.
Why would they return my car without any coolant? I always get service topping off my fluids but today l left didn’t realize that there wasn’t any coolant.
I immediately purchased some at the autozone and helped myself to get my own diagnostic reading. I was very upset and confused why the rep couldn’t break it down in simple words rather than lash at me.
I don’t think that I’m going to ever return again. I was on a budget, concerned on these issues and didn’t have to sent back with a car without any fluid.
Ridiculously what a waste of my time.

Some of your service advisors could be a little more friendly and welcoming. I received an auto generated text saying my car is ready without a service advisors name and the random service advisor I spoke to seemed annoyed that I didn’t know. He looked up my account and told me it was Joshua Gonzalez who I had zero interaction with since all I did was check in my car with the greeter. He handed me my service sheet and keys and said “thank you”. He didn’t tell me where to find my car nor go over my service notes.
