I was very happy with the rental, cause my car was in the shop. You’ll didn’t have any batteries, so I had to go buy a battery for my car anyway it still under warranty. Thank you.

Carice was very professional and courteous. There was no pressure when she recommended additional service and I appreciate that in a service department.
