He is was honest to me about how long it would take, and went above and beyond to try to get me out faster. I will always appreciate someone who’s honest to me than someone who said it’s not gonna take long, then sit there for hours. Mr. Steve let me know about the wait.

I was not satisfied with service on this day was asked if I was waiting on the car or someone could have dropped me to my destination but was not give an option about a rental I sat there for three hours waiting from 8:30 am to 11: 30 am I finally got up and asked how much longer it would take and she call and told me about another hour and a half I ask her why was I not offer a rental she said she forgot that is usually what she offers also but forgot to offer, miss my 11 O clock doctor appointment but glade the work was done correctly
