on Monday, April 29. My people brought the Sienna van in for an oil change. When we brought the car in, it was normal, but the guys who opened the screw to change the oil were broken. You guys asked me to replace the trough as well, which cost $600. Then you guys didn't fix it and let us drive home. Now my car won't start, everything has stopped working. We ask Toyota Hampton to take responsibility and resolve the issue for us. otherwise we will be forced to speak up about this practice

2 hrs on an oil change that I had an appointment for is too long guys
Came home to clean leftover oil all over the bottom of my vehicle. Asked for a call back to explain the situation and never got one. This is very frustrating having to go under my vehicle and clean all this oil.
She was a pleasure to work with.
It took 6 months to get this taken care of. So I’m glad it’s done.

After having my oil changed last week and disclosing I had some type of oil leak. This week I had to bring my vehicle to another mechanic to have the oil filter changed again, because the o rings needed to be changed. I was told there was NO oil leak around the oil filter at Hampton. My leak now appears to be gone. Just FYI
I would just like to say upon walking into Toyota service I did not feel welcomed. Phillip was not the most friendly. He was rude and I would certainly NOT like to do business with him again. He asked what service I needed for my car and I told him one of the things I needed was an inspection for an updated inspection sticker. His reply was “That will not be happening today. The tent on your car is way too dark and they are very strict about that over here.” I was little confused because if I’m not mistaken my last inspection was done at Toyota with the same tent I have now. My tent is dark but he could have been nice about the situation. I understand he was just doing his job but he could have said what he said in a more professional way. I didn’t say anything at the time because I’m not a confrontational person. I’ve been with Toyota for about 8 years now and was never treated like that until today. I’m very disappointed because I’ve always had a friendly/nice experience there until today.

Brent fit me in the schedule even though it was booked up and got me the answers, even though it wasn’t what was expected. Customer service was exceptional.
I generally always have a great experience. Fortunately, today I had some work to do in the quiet glass office space and inadvertently forgot my internet hotspot. I am hopeful that it will be returned. I have contacted the office but it is closed for the day..
