Exceptional service provided by Steven Nelams. He was very kind and respectful and explained the process to me very clearly. I am concerned though as I bought this vehicle on September 8, 2021 and as of today, January 5, 2022, I have not yet received my license plate and title. Please do whatever is necessary to speed that process as the wait is very frustrating. Thank you! Tanya D
