I was a service advisor for BMW, Mercedes Benz, Saab. The service advisor IS, like it or not, "the car company" to the customer. It takes finesse, knowledge, and personality to be a successful service advisor. And that's Carise. She'll be my service advisor for as long as you can keep her????

When I arrived no service member acknowledged me and I was forced to walk past them to what I learned was the pay desk to ask for help. I also felt 2.5 hours was too long to wait for an oil change having had an appt.
