Oil change with appointment took one and a half hours. If I didn't have an appointment I wouldn't complain, but not with an appointment, uncalled for. Very disappointed ????

Wrong tires installed on my Tundra, it took two days to get the correct tires.The shop or technician did communicate effectively with personnel setting the job.
Very professional attention, great location, dealership is in prestige condition, bathrooms are incredibly clean, all glasses around the offices super clean and shiny.., floor implacable….
I would love for you guys to thank not just the service advisors, but the whole team including the facility housekeepers/cleaning team which most of the time it’s overlooked in most places, but they play such a big part and it’s not fear sometimes that this comments are not passed down to them. Service was great, but the condition in which this dealership is maintained it’s outstanding… Kudos to the whole team…
