No one to greet meet for my appointment today and stood there for a while before antone even acknowledged me. Once my car was brought back for routine maintenance with a scheduled appointment I was told it would take appan hour. At 2 hours when I went to inquire about status another agent Stephen Nelams assusted me and had me checked out. Unusually long time for for service today

Dropped off at 8am for tire rotation and oil change and check out . Wasn’t ready till 6:15 and even had appt for 8am.

They give me an attitude service and charge me fee for store my credit card documents prevent hackers. It’s credit card service cover that why customers have to paid that and it’s meant it’s not safe at Toyota to used credit card

I brought my newly purchased vehicle in for an inspection on Saturday, June 18th. It was inspected and the result was that everything checked out fine with the exception of a recommended alignment which I did not want. I drove the car for hours before this inspection and the Air conditioning worked very well while the vehicle was idle and when it was in drive. After I returned home from get the inspection from Hampton I noticed that while idle the air conditioning does not blow cold air. This was not the case before my vehicle was inspected by your service department. Recall items were also corrected. I will be bring my vehicle back on Monday and I am expecting it to be fixed at no charge. I also will be requiring a replacement vehicle fee of charge until my vehicle is fixed. Due to the inconvenience I also want a complimentary platinum car wash and detail. Kiersa H
