The wait for an oil change was over two hours. I feel that I should’ve been told beforehand of this wait, I would’ve canceled. My appointment was at 11:30 and I arrived around 11:20, my car wasn’t ready until almost 2:00.

Overall, my service went well. I just wished my tire light was addressed like i asked. they told me nothing seemed abnormal but a few hours i left the dealer it came back on again.
