Was given someone else's vehicle. If i would have not called 4 days later to see what someone else's belongings were doing in my vehicle was than i was informed it was not vehicle. This is not suppose to happen.

I dropped my vehicle off at 7 AM when the service department opened. I needed it to be there for a half a day eight hours after I drop the vehicle off I called to find out if it was ready and left a message I did not receive a call back I called back again an hour later and had to get someone to go check to see if my vehicle was ready. My customer service person did not call me until 18 minutes before the service department closed to let me know my vehicle is ready there is no reason she could’ve called me long before then even if it was not ready to let me know

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the lady at the service desk and she helped me figure out who my advisor was. Her energy was lively and vibrant. My advisor was extremely personable and engaging. He was nice as well. Overall my customer service experience was exceptional.

When I scheduled the appointment I was told it would take 45 minutes. I sat there for 3 hours today. 3 HOURD FOR UPDATES?? WTF

Sorry, didn’t mean to select no, my advisor- Steven Hollier was wonderful. It was the technician that serviced my car that I was very unsatisfied not only that but he failed to correctly inspect my car having me believe everything was in the green when in fact one of my tires is at 3/32. However the Service Manager took my car and inspected it himself. He will handle the situation

Communication could have been better. My car was there for almost two weeks and I kept playing phone tag. Questions I had weren’t really answered until I had already decided to take my vehicle somewhere to get repaired because days were going by without being able to talk about a solution.

Steven did a PHENOMENAL job in taking care of my vehicle. Extremely satisfied with the the way he explained everything about the issue with the vehicle Look forward to my next experience with Steven and his good natured Service which he provided.
