Leslie was 100%, zero problems and very kind and attentive. Likewise, my repairs were 100%. The guy who put me back in my car was a sweetheart. Sadly, I witnessed a member of management being unkind today, albeit under pressure, and it was unacceptable. My background is in running s trauma center. My brother’s background is in running the #1 in quality franchise of its type in the world. Genuine kindness is essential in your environment and it’s not reasonable to expect it when it isn’t being offered in turn.
