I purchased an extended warranty from Hampton for extra peace of mind. However I brought it in because I had oil leaking from where the drive shaft connects to the differential. I wasted 3.5 hrs of my day for the technician to tell me it was considered “seepage” not “technically considered leaking”. Basically oil needs to be constantly leaking in order for it to be covered under warranty. It’s still my personal opinion at the end of the day but I found the issue before it got to that point so I think the issue should have been addressed rather than brushed off as some minor inconvenience. Seepage/leaking is the same thing in my opinion. Just my 2 cents.

Parts dept dropped ball on notifying my part came in. Service once in was ok, though 2 hours to change 1 tire seems a little long. Got good feedback on condition of vehicle. Thanx
