I had an unfortunate experience with this dealership over the course of the last two months. From the beginning, communication was virtually nonexistent on the part of my service advisor. Calls were not returned and lack of communication between staff at the dealership resulted in me without a vehicle longer than necessary. I run a landscaping business, and my livelihood depends on me being mobile. The fact that I could have had my truck sooner than I did and did not get it, because of a lack of effort and inter-departmental communication, is unacceptable. I expressed multiple times that I needed a better line of communication throughout this process, and my advisor failed to provide that. While Ms. Whitaker was always very pleasant when we did eventually get to speak, I was overall not impressed with the utter lack of customer service that was provided. I thank you for completing the services on my vehicle, and I hope that staff may understand that their lack of communication and effort to provide their customers who are spending a great deal of money at your dealership have caused me a lot of unnecessary stress, especially these past couple weeks.

It would have been exceptional if they had run my dirty car thru the car wash. My oil change & brake pads over &400. It was very egood but would have been exceptional if they had run it thru the car wash!! Thank you!!

The wait time was too long for me. I waited for more than 2 hours.
Normally it is but todsy i had to wsit 5 hours for anmoil change and possible setup for water pump work. It took an hour to find out if water pump was under wattanty. It was not. Then another hour to check out. I got ther at 8 am and didn't leave until 12:15.
I do not know the whole story. Hampton has always treated me exceptionally. Today was an off day. Leslie, Slick, and everyone there are excellent at their job. I will always come there to buy and serivce my cars

Mr. Steven Nelams is the kindest person I’ve met this far at a service department. He truly deserves a raise and I do not say that lightly. He makes you feel so welcome and treats you as if he’s known you for years. He provides exceptional customer service and represents Toyota well! Thank you Mr. Steven!
My car was supposed to take about 45 minutes so I was waiting and was told they’d come get me when done. Well 1 hour and a half later I went to the desk to see if complete. It had been complete about 15 minutes before as I sat waiting. I had errands to run and don’t need to sit there longer than I need to. All they did was rotate my tires…. Well I was not too satisfied. Scheduling needs to run on time… I realize that sometimes service takes longer but they knew what I needed to have done. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Please be more respectful of your customers time.
Carice was very helpful in getting our car back to us as soon as possible we appreciate the fact that she went out of her way to get the parts that were needed! I would say that we have been loyal customers of Hampton TOYOTA and will remain so! CH
