She was amazing! But I don’t think my tires were checked by the service team. The air was low in my driver side before I went in and it’s the same when I left.
Blake had my 2019 4Runner propeller shaft greased like I asked even though it's not part of the normal service. That is what I look for in a service provider. I have been coming to Harvey/Hampton Toyota in Lafayette since my first brand new 1992 Camry.

I lost my college ring in my car i think but i couldn’t find it. He said he would have the team take a look for me but he never mentioned anything about it when i picked up my car. I also wish you guys had complimentary car washes with service. I know my friend had a Honda and they always washed her car.
Young lady at front desk was very rude. Did not greet me when I walked in. I stood there for at least 3min looking at her before her asking if I need help. Made a service appointment over the phone during the week, arrived on Saturday at my scheduled appointment time, no appointment was found. Was informed after my service that everything couldn’t be done as to limited access to key needed. Which should have been stated at beginning of appointment
She’s professional and kind.
My service was fine. However, the parts representative has much to desire when it comes to customer service. I observed him interact with many customers, both on the phone and in person, and he needs more training on customer service.
Service was quick and efficient. And I love that I can schedule my appointment online.
