Steven Nelams is always helpful whenever my car needed service His attitude is that of a Boy Scout ready to help Also whenever you asked him question he is not grouchy even when his table is full of tickets of cars that needed service meaning he has a positive work attitude I had dealt with service agents in the past who were mean & replied the customer’s question in an ugly way when their work load is full It is as if they hated their work I believe Steven appreciates the customers who chose him to help service their car.

You could not reattach my lane assist to my windshield because you did not have the glue to do it. You sent me to another vendor who did and then advised me that because my lane assist was turned off during the time it was off, no warning lights were on and it may still work correctly without the $400+ reconfiguring fee you were going to charge me. I took it on the road and they were right. Everything worked just fine.
