I’m not sure if I interacted with Brent directly but the customer service from the men working with the ipads outside the service station was superb and the desk workers were just as helpful.

Brent was great help. Great w the timings he provided too. I had to be at work and he made sure I got in & out fast. He was also very helpful with the right kind of tires I will be getting in April. Very present person. Totally pleased with him. Your service Dept. is 2nd to none. Thank you

The reason not to say exceptional is after cabin filter check the door left misaligned and unable to close. But thanks to one of your staff he adjusted and made it functional after I come back to the service center.
