Was told that I would have a good chance of having a loaner vehicle when I made the appointment. Also was told that it would be 3-4 hours to complete the recall work. Was notified when I arrived that loaners are no longer offered. Steven did let me know that the work would take longer than 3 hours but it took 7.5 hours. This was an inconvenience for me.
