Honesty, integrity, superior customer, consistency are all things you should NOT expect to receive in the service department. Don't bother speaking to "the managsr." Based on my personal experience with TOM, Hampton will NOT get ANY more of my or my family's business - from purchases to oil changes. If a reasonable member of management reads this review and is obligated to follow up, I'd be happy to show you what goes on in your service department. Tom, when you see this - do NOT call me regarding my experience. You are the reason for this review!

I brought my 2018 Atlas to have the oil changed and temp warning light looked at on May 11th. I sat in the waiting room from 11:30 until 1:30 when finally Leslie came to tell me there are a few things that needed to be changed out and she would get a rental car for me. It was another 2 hours before I finally left with the rental car. A total of 4 hours spent at the service department, which I feel is unacceptable. My car was at your facility for 1 week when I finally heard from y'all that it was ready to be picked up and three different parts had been changed out and everything was fixed. I picked my Atlas up on Saturday May 20th, I drove it for 3 miles and the same exact warning light came on again!!! I immediately called the service department and told them what was happening and was told I could bring it in on Monday. I will most definitely have it there 1st thing Monday morning and accept it to be fixed, and a rental car waiting for me as I have to be at work at 8:00. This is an extreme inconvenience to me and I have had nothing but trouble with your service department since I purchased the vehicle. I bought the maintenance package with the car and was charged for my two previous oil changes, I finally realized I should not have been charged and told them this time when I dropped the car off. No one offered a refund or anything. The last time I brought it in for an oil change I believe in Nov. 2022 I told them my brakes were grinding and making noise. Your technicians looked at them and said there was nothing wrong, about 2 weeks later I bring my car to a reputable service center and my front brakes were completely gone and had to be replaced. I will never purchase another vehicle from your dealership for the simple fact that your service department is absolutely terrible.

Clarice was very sweet and pleasant and I’m satisfied with her care. I was surprised by the cost of the key fob. It was $320 plus an additional $140 for programming which I found to be excessive. I was surprised by the additional $140 I had to pay at the time of service. That’s not Clarice‘s fault though. She was super sweet and I would certainly go to her again for service in the future. I’m just disappointed with the dealership pricing.
