I was treated the upmost respect, compassion and courtesy. I was stuck an hour from home with my 84yr old father who had just gone through an outpatient surgery and the battery on his van have out. Who would have thought a van with only 8600 miles would have problems. I am so glad I asked for it to be towed there.
Leslie recently handled an issue with body work necessary on my vehicle. She assured me she would handle everything and she did exactly that from start to finish. She made it seem effortless though I know she worked tirelessly throughout the process. She was always pleasant and appreciative of my patience when actually she was the one that deserved the thanks. She is truly always a pleasure to work with as is your entire team!
Was treated very kindly and professionally. I felt my interest were considered first I was not pressured and everything was straight forward. Was prepared to spend 700 plus walked out only 59 dollars short. So a great experience
Leslie was very detailed on searching what my problems were on my vehicle. She came back with answers after diagnosis test and test driving my vehicle. She gave me a complete run down on what I need to do and total price for everything.
One minor complaint that I have is about 2 phone calls that were not returned while my truck was at the dealership for repairs. I realize service writers can be busy, but I was disappointed about this.

10% added charged after listed price for detail of vehicle 149.00 for “supplies“. Vehicle still need wiping of console and vacuuming. I had to run it back through. Vehicle was cleaned after I brought attention to missed areas.
