This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership! I regret purchasing my vehicle from Hampton Toyota. I literally had to call and get updates on my car due to the fact that after promising a call back at certain times , not one call was ever received. L purchased the extended warranty because the salesman told me that it was good for 100,000 miles added on to the 60,000 the car already had on it, and when I brought it in I was informed that it was only good up to 100, 000 miles total. So I really bought a 40 ,000 mile warranty for the 100, 000 mile price. I hate being lied to , this place left a bad taste in my mouth . The service is terrible and I would never recommend anyone, even if it was my worst enemy!

For the second time my name was not put on the shuttle list. There seems to be no backup plan other than the customer checking on when it will leave the dealership or arrive at the location.
