As like before I went in on Friday of last week with a leak in the radiator hose, Leslie researched and there was none in stock she did what she does best and found one for me and had it repaired ASAP. So far no issues

Leslie always has a smile on her face when dealing with me. At one point after Charlie Vallo left I hated to go get any service because the guys just show any concerning what I needed. They left me with a feeling of they were there but did not care about me as a human. When I would start to tell them what I needed they would say something, okay, I am writing up the ticket, it will be taken care of. Not friendly at all. Leslie greets me at my car and I feel like I am her family. Since she is there I will not let any body help me. I bought a Venza there today. When she found out she was excited for me.
