Speaking with Philip about my tire issue, we set up an appointment to come in today, with the understanding that the tire was in stock if the vehicle needed a tire. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes, they decided I needed a new tire but there was none in stock. Philip stated that they told him there was a tire in stock, when there wasn’t one. Feel like I wasted 2.5 hours counting commute on a tire that was promised but not there. I would have had no problem paying the $380 for a tire but I am getting my tire from somewhere else.
