Very pleasant experience. The Toyota app needs work. I tried scheduling an appointment a few weeks back but it was never scheduled. I had trouble setting up new appointment thru the app. It finally made the appointment. Upon arrival this morning it was difficult to find my appointment in the system. Other than that service was great. Friendly environment. TV needs to be on a less obnoxious station.
