I was back at Hampton for New Comers meeting! I was hoping the meeting would have been different. I had gone thinking I was learning how to manage the technical portion of my car. I did get some amazing information at the meeting and enjoyed it. After the meeting Eaton sat in my car with me and answered all my question.
I am an 83 year old and I do have IPad and IPhone but I was frighten about all I would need to learn. Now after Leslie helped me and Eaton sat with me I am much more relaxed when I am driving my car. I was so afraid of touching a button that would do something that I couldn’t handle. I think all your dealerships should have a tutor for someone like me, as I am sure I am not the only person that is overwhelmed. Doesn’t have to be a full time employee, just when needed. Thank you for all you do for your customers!!

Totally unhappy with service manager and what he told me , I’ve bought 2 vehicles and I will be going somewhere else going forward . Be prepared to show records of oil change comments. It’s BS I change my oil every 5K miles I’ve got the oil filter receipts I’ve bought in your parts department.I purchased the extendend warranty and there should be no BS because of a noisy engine lifter .
