I visited the showroom while waiting for my car’s service and talked to a couple of salesmen & the general manager & they were very friendly & helped make my wait time go bye bye! Everyone was friendly & professional! Steven was very helpful & knowledgeable!

My scheduled appt was for 1pm for an oil change and I did not leave until 3:45pm. I was told upon checkout that “something was stripped” and needed to be replaced. At that point, I was aggravated with being there for almost 3 hours that I said “That’s fine. As long as it was replaced”. I went to check out and had a discount coupon to use (I scheduled my appt in the allotted time frame to use that coupon) and I was told that I could Not use the coupon since I did not present it to the person who was in charge of my car. The rep did offer to call that person up to process the coupon however once again, I just wanted to get out of there!! The next afternoon (today) I see oil on my garage floor. I called y’all and the first person I spoke to stated that my “rep in charge from yesterday was off but I could speak to her/bring my car in on Monday when she was available. I told her that I would Not wait until Monday so she transferred me to the manager who was much more helpful. He actually sent two employees to my house to check the car. They tightened the drain plug and said that if it’s still leaking to come in Monday. I appreciate the help today but I’m so disappointed in my appt yesterday. I was late to pick up my child from daycare due to being at the dealership for just under three hours. That’s crazy!
