Fast service and everyone friendly
Lack of communication from service department. Dropped off before 11. Had to call multiple times to see if car was done with tire rotation. Was told it was done. Was passed 3:00 before we got the go shed to come pick up.
On my vehicle report it shows that I declined changing the cabin air filter and engine air filter which is INCLUDED in my Toyota care. This was never even offered to me! I WILL get my filters changed free of charge before I get to 25,000 miles! You better believe it! I will be calling about it on Monday June 26th.

My second visit for maintenance wa to say this least disturbing! I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. A visit I anticipated would take about an hour took 2 1/2 hours. After leaving my granddaughter and I stop to have lunch In Lafayette. I noticed a noise that was not there prior to the maintenance. After having lunch we returned to Toyota. My husband, granddaughter and myself all witnessed the technician we all saw the rear wheels bolts were NOT screwed! Normally we would have gotten on interstate and headed home. This would have been disastrous! I was given an apology however the situation could have been and should have been avoided. The entire situation was very disturbing and could have ended MUCH differently. There is no way I could have checked the situation before leaving. Somehow an apology doesn’t seem like enough!
Mr. Brent is absolutely amazing! Very friendly! Excellent customer service! Makes you feel welcome! They need more employees like Mr. Brent!

Horrible !! Brought my care there to get serviced for an issue I was having , after being told they found the problem , leaving thinking the issue was resolved only to have the same problem after leaving , and to find out my car was not serviced it was only looked at (visual ) smh very disappointing after taking off work driving two hours thinking I would find out the issue
