My service was really good. The rep was very helpful. It wasn’t exceptional, but it was really good. It did take a little longer than expected being that I had an appointment. But overall it was good.

An oil change and tire rotation shouldn’t take 2hours and 15 minutes. I had to pick up my son by 3:30, missed that time by 30 minutes. 1:27 arrival, 3:45 exit time. Don’t tell me it’s going to be about an hour, if it’s going to be over 2 hours!
Then there was a comment about a stripped screw on the plate. The only place that has ever touched that for oil changes has been Hampton, so if anyone stripped it, it’s you guys.
Over all the service was good except for me having to wait almost 2 hours

The only problem is that I didn’t get a phone call to notify me that my car was ready…. I had to in turn call the dealership myself.

Day one-service rep had trouble getting a hold of extended warranty company. So I left my vehicle. Day two-I called at least four times to get an update on my vehicle. Mid afternoon I called and asked to be placed on hold to speak with her. She said my vehicle was ready. Each time I called today I left a message and never got a call back with an update.

From day one back in 12/2022 my catalytic converter’s were stolen off of my 2019 Tundra plus my fuel line was damaged. Leslie work with my insurance company to make sure they would cover all of my Toyota original parts. Leslie was patient with me checking with her by texts and phone calls often wanting to know when the parts were coming in. My parts came in this past week and I could not come in last week due I was out of town. Leslie scheduled me to come in this Monday morning at 7 am. Your mechanics were able to get everything done today and I am a very satisfied customer!!! Leslie is the Best!!!
